How to Book your Stay
Choose your stay date
Review the calendar & choose the time of your stay. Get in touch to confirm the availability and price of stay.
Pay the deposit
Transfer 25% of the total price to our bank account to secure the dates. The remaining 75% must be paid within 2 weeks of arrival date. Only successful payment guarantees your stay.
Booking confirmation
When we receive your deposit, we will send a confirmation of your booking with additional info regarding your stay.
Terms of your Stay
- A minimum stay of 3 nights. The price stated is for the entire apartment per night.
- Cleaning fee of €50 payable upon arrival in cash. This will be returned when visitors are leaving if the apartment is left as it was found and doesn’t require a cleaner.
- Check in is available from 16.00, please let us know in advance your expected time of arrival. Early check in may be possible, if the apartment is ready.
- Check out is required before 11am.
- Pets: small to medium sized dogs are allowed on request only and an extra charge may apply.
- Long term, off season stay is possible, please get in touch to discuss.
- Cancellation Policy – In high season bookings can be canceled and the full amount paid will be returned when cancellation is made at least two weeks prior to arrival date. The deposit is non refundable when cancellation is made within 2 weeks of arrival. Cancellations made within 1 week of arrival are non-refundable. – The mid season bookings full refund is possible when booking is cancelled at least 5 days prior to arrival date. – The rest of the year bookings full refund is possible when booking is cancelled at least 24 hours prior to arrival date.
